One route thread is easier to follow. List the countries, approximate time in each, account country and exact plan. Link any local questions back to it so the context doesn’t get lost.

Yes. Say which you mean at the start. Check the current terms for the whole route rather than assuming a plan name answers every border question.

I would keep one table for the route: country, dates, intended use, official source checked. Much easier to revisit than a long chain of screenshots.
