For Japan accessory questions, should we include the product’s full name from the order as well as the name used in English discussions? Generation labels are confusing enough already.

That would help. Include the exact model and the accessory listing, with identifying order information removed. A translated nickname can hide which dish or router you’re talking about. Use both where useful. Cover serial numbers, and show the relevant connector or mount interface. Don’t assume accessories for a similarly named kit will fit.
